In iOS it is not allowed to close an App. You can only force a crash. Apple will not allow Apps with this behavior in their AppStore. An alternative an be to set UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend to Yes (in the info.plist file). => When the user presses the home button your application will be ended.
First of all you need to create another "custom.plist" instead of ".../iOSDevice/Release/myapp.info.plist". Copy text from native plist to yours. Then deploy it in deployments. Rename it "Info.plist" at destination. Uncheck native *.plist". Need in "custom.plist" below "<string>ResourceRules.plist</string>" add "<key>UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend</key><true/>".
