Connection pool Hikaricp in Oracle

Im using this configuration with Hikaricp:

 <hibernate-configuration>
 <session-factory>
 <property
   name="hibernate.dialect">org.hibernate.dialect.Oracle9iDialect</property>
    <property name="hibernate.connection.provider_class">com.zaxxer.hikari.hibernate.HikariConnectionProvider</property>
    <property name="hibernate.transaction.factory_class">org.hibernate.transaction.JDBCTransactionFactory</property>
    <property name="hibernate.current_session_context_class">thread</property>
    <property name="hibernate.hikari.dataSourceClassName">oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource</ property>
    <property name="hibernate.hikari.dataSource.url">URL</property>
    <property name="hibernate.hikari.dataSource.user">USER</property>
    <property name="hibernate.hikari.dataSource.password">PASSWORD</property>
   </session-factory>
   </hibernate-configuration>

I need to know what is the best configuration or what configuration parameter is missing for Hikaricp with Hibernate and Oracle Enterprise Edition 11g because I got the following exception when I tried to perform an update to the database and save a pdf file in bytes using SerialBlob.
