Are the two bytes "FF DB" the only ones that can be utilized to indicate the beginning of a JPEG file quantization table?

According to this question and this link ( and actually also according to the German Wikipedia article on JPG ), the two bytes “FF DB” can be used to indicate the beginning of a quantization table.

My question is: is this the only way to indicate it for files that are following the JPEG standard? Are there any other set of bytes that can be used to indicate the beginning of a quantization table?
